Payment

You will be required to pay a £20pp deposit in order to book your day. 
The balance can be paid by card at least 3 days before or in cash on the day.
Deposits are non refundable and must arrive in a single payment, i.e. £320, not 16 x £20.

Arrival

Please arrive early. Just as you wouldn’t want us to start you late, we don’t like starting groups late either. If you are late, it means the next group would be delayed. With such tight schedules to stick to with so many groups, we can’t afford to do this. So you end up with however long you have left in your session. If one or 2 group members are late, they will more than likely miss that activity as the safety briefing is done collectively. They will not be refunded for the activity.  Just arrive early!

Be sober

You are booking in to do potentially lethal activities, in all cases. If you have been drinking, you will not continue and you will not receive a refund. This includes being drunk from the night before – we are most strict about this.

Refunds

The deposits are taken to ensure that you book a particular session. If you book it, we can’t offer it elsewhere. So if you change your mind at the last minute, I’m afraid we can’t refund your deposit as it goes towards the general loss of our income for that day.
We are not a huge company, so we are not evil. If you pay a deposit and the hen breaks her leg 3 weeks before your booking, we’ll give your money back.
